I’ve had a passion for this work my entire adult life and have been a licensed, practicing Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher for over 3 decades. Yoga and bodywork are the 2 things that have had the most profound impact on my life, and I have dedicated my work to sharing them.
I studied massage therapy at Educating Hands School of Massage in Miami, Florida and hold a long list of certifications in allied modalities. As a bodyworker, I specialize in Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage and Bamboossage. I have a kind heart and strong hands.
I was certified Teacher of Yoga at the Sivananda Yoga Ranch in Woodborune, NY in 1992. With continued study of different styles and the deeper aspects of Yoga, I was lead to India where I studied, practiced and taught Yoga.
I created Massage-Ology with a passionate desire and lofty objective: to inspire and educate therapists so that we can soften the rough edges of the world by healing one body at a time.

When at her leisure, this empty-nester enjoys her dog Murdock, non-fiction books, and travel.
I have spent the majority of my life caring for the needs of others. For the last 24 years I’ve had the extraordinary opportunity to be a stay at home mother to 3 beautiful children. Providing people with care and wellness is very rewarding to me.
I believe touch is essential for our mental and physical wellbeing. We are all wonderfully made, our bodies are designed to take care of problems that may arise; however, sometimes they need a little help. I take a holistic tic approach to help my clients feel their best. Listening is one of the most important things you can do when tailoring a massage to fit an individual’s needs. We are not all cookie cutters and shouldn’t be massaged as such. I’m a compassionate, optimistic person who is exceptionally passionate about the experience and level of care I provide to my clients.
A graduate from the Augusta School of Massage, I am Licensed Massage Therapist. The focus of my advanced training has been MyoFascial Release, Prenatal and Hot Stone Massage. I mix different modalities to help my clients feel refreshed and renewed after each massage session. I am enthusiastic to learn more skills, as I continue to further my training in Massage Therapy.
My garden is my therapy. I have hundreds of species of plants. When I’m not in my garden, you’ll find me on the road or with my nose in a book.
I am the official greeter, and I was born to do this work. I’m a natural at making humans feel happy and relaxed. I wake up every morning excited to do my job. I love it so much my services are free! I do accept tips and bellyrubs. There’s a jar of cookies on the desk that says, “Good Dog.” That’s me!
